The Role
Palantir’s in-house legal team works to proactively address legal issues and enable the growth of our business so that Palantir can continue to drive positive impact in the world. Legal Operations is the backbone of the legal team and is key to fulfilling Palantir’s mission. In that pursuit, we strive to cultivate Palantir's philosophy, develop relationships across the company, and operate with a service mindset. As a Legal Operations Specialist, you will be a driving force of innovation, scale, technology and automation. You will be responsible for building, streamlining, and executing on strategic processes and operational functions of the legal team. You will work with other Legal Operations teammates to help implement key systems, optimize processes, manage projects, and create objectives and performance metrics. You will also partner closely with Palantir’s attorneys and paralegals to understand the needs and develop and execute solutions that scale alongside the business. This position requires a combination of project management, process optimization, and execution skills.

The estimated salary range for this position is estimated to be $90,000 - $110,000/year. Total compensation for this position may also include Restricted Stock units, sign-on bonus and other potential future incentives. Further note that total compensation for this position will be determined by each individual’s relevant qualifications, work experience, skills, and other factors. This estimate excludes the value of any potential sign-on bonus; the value of any benefits offered; and the potential future value of any long-term incentives.
