Legal Project Manager

Insight Global is looking for a Legal Project Manager to join an enterprise retail company hybrid out of Vancouver. The successful candidate will be working closely with the Sr Project Manager, responsible for managing a variety of projects led by the legal team, including both internal and cross-functional initiatives. The successful candidate will excel in project management skills, possess the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels across the business, maintain project plans, and capable of ensuring timelines are met and stakeholders are kept informed.
Participate and facilitate project planning sessions acting as a thought partner and helping articulate project goals
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for legal projects, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met
Coordinate with internal and cross-functional teams to ensure the right members are involved in project discussions
Provide timely updates to all stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and transparent throughout the project lifecycle
Manage all documents and resources related to the project, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible
Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful project completion
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables
Coordinate and facilitate regular project meetings and ensure follow-up on action items
Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements
