Job Description:
The Legal Receptionist provides administrative support to our client which may include; copy, print, mail, and facilities services in addition to reception duties.RESPONSIBILITIES
Reception (75% of the role)Work closely with the client's staff to assist with front officeAnswer incoming telephone calls and forward to the appropriate personPromptly greet and announce visitors in a friendly and business-like mannerMaintain a neat and organized reception desk and front lobby areaCoordination and upkeep of conference rooms, common areas, and kitchensPlacing lunch and catering orders for meetingsAudio Visual Set-up assistanceOrder and stock supplies as neededPerform other administrative duties as requestedOther Duties (25%)Mail Services includes metering, sorting, and distributing mail and accountable packages per schedule Copy Services includes accurately producing copy, print and scan projects per written instructions Floor Coordination includes the upkeep of copy rooms and stocking of general supplies, delivery of paper, and basic daily maintenance Facilities Services may include hanging pictures, small office moves, cleaning services and communication with key client contacts regarding building/equipment concerns.REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or GEDMinimum of 1 year work experience preferably as a receptionistPrevious experience in a client service field preferredAbility to multitask with attention to detailAbility to handle complaints with professionalism, patience, and diplomacyWorking knowledge of MS Word, Excel and OutlookAbility to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 50lbsAbility to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of timeThe Compensation range for this role is 19.01 to 25.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
