Bachelor's degree required.3+ years of professional services recruiting experience required.Experience recruiting law students strongly preferred.Prior management experience required.Ability to grasp and implement new concepts quickly.

The salary range for this role is $125k-$135k.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
