About the Role
 

As a Legal Research Intern, you will receive product/tool training and provide customer support through Live Support. Your role also includes conducting legal research and resolving customer inquiries about usability and research.

Internship Duration: 5/12/25-8/15/25

*Must be eligible to work in the United States
 

Responsibilities

Conducting legal research and providing solutions to customers via Live Support chat.

Maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity of information from customer conversations.

Managing multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of responsiveness.

Understanding customer pain points and providing an effortless customer experience

Using scripted messages appropriately and timely.

Creating meaningful connections with customers and offering additional products or services when applicable.

Requirements

Be currently pursuing a Juris Doctorate program. 1L, 2L, or 3L law students are eligible for the internship.

Possess excellent typing skills with a minimum of 40 wpm and 85% accuracy.

Have efficient multitasking and time management abilities.

Be empathetic and understanding of customer needs.

Demonstrate excellent business acumen and be able to offer value-added services to customers.

Be detail-oriented and able to pay close attention to accuracy and quality of work.
