1.   Primary role shall be to look after Commercial Transactions and 08:M related documentations, including Contract Management, review, drafting and vetting of various agreements, bidding related document, due-diligence and transactional documentation.
2.   Experience in MftA transactions would be an added qualification.
3.   Besides he should be able to look into PPA related issues, working knowledge of Regulatory issues ft litigations before Electricity Regulatory Commissions, APTEL, Supreme Court.
4.   Experience in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law
5.   Giving opinions and assisting business team in resolution of legal issues.
6.   Drafting of pleadings and Agreements. The candidate is expected to do all the drafting in-house.
7.   Interacting with lawyers and enter into negotiation with parties for closing the transactions/agreements
8.   Ability to have out of box thinking for resolution of legal issues and fast resolution/ disposal of disputes/litigations
9.   Taking care of files and create better system for internal management.

11.   Preparation of MIS related to ongoing cases.
12.   Preparing Budgets with the co-ordination with superior keeping track on billing
13.   Keeping updates in the power sector
14.   updating data on legal software "Roznama"
15.      Research and keeping tab on the latest case laws and also the policies and decisions of the government which will have impact on the business of the Company.
16.   The job would involve travelling within India and longer stays at places other than place of posting.
