Legal Systems Administrator
Description Legal Systems Administrator 100% Remote, but must reside in California, Texas, Illinois, Maryland, Virginia, New York. We are in the search for a skilled Legal Systems Administrator to join our team in the professional services industry. This role will focus on the comprehensive administration and maintenance of our firm's legal applications and databases. The Legal Systems Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of these systems, supporting the firm's overall operational needs. Responsibilities: • Administer and maintain the Firm’s legal applications and databases, with a significant emphasis on the Intapp suite, records management systems, and legal artificial intelligence tools. • Ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of the Firm's legal systems. • Leverage your proficiency in managing on-premises and cloud-based SQL databases, including backup, restoration, integration, and performance optimization. • Utilize your knowledge of new business and matter intake processes in a legal environment to streamline operations. • Use your excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address system issues and improve processes. • Work independently and as part of a team to support the Firm's overall operational needs. • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff to facilitate smooth operations. • Handle occasional in-office visits as required, while primarily working remotely. • Leverage your extensive experience with the Intapp suite (Intapp Intake, Intapp Terms, Intapp Integrate) and legal application administration to enhance our systems and practices. • Familiarize yourself with the Firm's records management systems and practices to ensure accurate and efficient record keeping. Requirements + Legal industry experience required + Intapp (Intake, Terms, Integrate) + FileTrail + On-premises and cloud-based SQL databases + Configuration, administration, and make changes within InTapp and other legal applications + Looking for this person to become SME and attorney liaison for legal AI tools. + Strong organizational skills with an acute attention to detail + Bachelor’s degree in legal studies, computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred.
