Apply now for the position of Legal & Tender Professional – Contract Management, and you will take ownership of contract risk evaluation and preparation in compliance with the Italian Law (Civil and Public Procurement Law) ensuring timely and efficient contract analysis. You will work closely with the Legal Department, interfacing with various internal departments to identify and resolve issues and propose process improvements to guarantee the most effective contract management of the projects.
Your role:
You will provide legal and administrative assistance to project teams where necessary; You will assisting in drafting and reviewing different administrative declarations and contracts; You will review of commercial contracts, based on company's best standards, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, project milestones, internal policies, and applicable laws and regulations. You will take ownership of contract risk evaluation and preparation in compliance with the Italian Law (Codice degli Appalti). You will perform Privacy & Data Protection compliance activities.Your expertise:
Bachelor’s degree in Law or in disciplines related to Public Administration. At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in administrative offices. Understanding of the risks of the contract(s) and the potential legal and financial consequences associated therewith. Knowledge of Italian Commercial, Civil and Public Procurement Law.
