This role, based in Madrid, will allow you to work on diverse legal projects, gain insights from top management, and receive expert training. Join our Iberia & Italy Legal Department and support our Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Director with their daily legal needs while making a real impact on our business.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
You will get real working experience within the legal department of a multinational company, coaching from top management and training from experts!
Drafting and review of legal documentation (contracts, legal opinions, marketing materials) Conducting legal research and assisting with the development of legal strategies considering business needs. Providing legal support to various areas of the business in Spain and Italy, mainly in corporate and commercial law (contracts, data protection/privacy rights, advertising, intellectual property, competition law, food law and consumer law, among others).
We’re Looking for Someone With
Bachelor's Degree in Spanish Law, Master’s degree in Law is a plus. Strong legal knowledge and understanding of relevant laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Solid legal (drafting and analytical) capabilities. Proactivity, desire to learn and willing to participate in a cross functional development. Excellent oral and written knowledge of English and Spanish language. Knowledge of Italian will be highly valued.
