About the Role

As a Legal Training Consultant, you will drive customer satisfaction, resulting in long-term retention and ongoing revenue generation. You will ensure customers are getting the most significant benefits from their LexisNexis products, content, and tools. Furthermore, you will work to understand, meet, and exceed customer needs ensuring customer happiness and satisfaction.
 

Responsibilities

Creating a Territory Account Plan to support assigned corporate legal customersProviding consultative services to customers to ensure maximized use and understanding of LexisNexis products, content, and toolsCollaborating with Sales Representatives to drive strategy and account planningIdentifying and sharing leads and opportunities with Sales Partners and/or Product SpecialistsConducting virtual presentations and training to customer user groups to help promote LexisNexis product in the marketplaceCollecting feature and function requirements from customers and communicating these to appropriate Product team members


Requirements

Have Juris Doctorate or degree in Legal Studies, or equivalent experienceHave excellent proven Sales or Training experienceBe able to effectively partner and collaborate across teamsBe able to interact with C-level executives.Display solid verbal and written communication skillsBe able to travel to client sites (nominally, estimated at less than 10%)
