As the Lending Sales & Service Development Sr Partner with the Private Bank, you will be responsible for supporting the successful execution of business line strategies related to lending, credit policies and procedures, and overall loan execution. This is done by collaborating with business line partners and stakeholders as relied upon advocates and consultants by providing a unique, holistic view of both the customer and colleague experience. You will provide strategic input, project management, education and implementation of business line initiatives.
Primary responsibilities include:
+ Execute on initiatives identified in the sales & service strategic plan, leading large high impact initiatives. This work Includes research, reporting, making compelling business proposals and measures of success.
+ Partner with assigned business line extended team for execution on deliverables to create, document, and ensure consistent application of PB policies and procedures.
+ Ensure initiatives are appropriately scoped with CRS, capacity management and risk/compliance.
+ Work with internal partners and Private Bank Senior VP Lending Partner to create, document, and ensure consistent execution of Private Bank loan portfolio credit administration
+ As needed, coordinate and lead trainings to ensure Private Bank compliance with regulations, processes, and procedures
+ Work with Private Bank Senior Management to create, document, and execute on sales strategies
+ Focus on continuous improvement of credit policies and procedures in collaboration with internal partners
+ Support management reporting and create/update reports and create process maps
+ Trouble shoot issues as they arise, working closely with lending and credit operations team
Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
+ 5+ years’ experience leading Lending policies and procedures including product/pricing strategy and client service delivery
+ Formal credit training program or equivalent experience
+ Project management skills to collaborate with internal business partners/stakeholders to deliver business results, manage priorities, and communicate effectively
+ Bachelor degree preferred in Finance or related field
Hours & Work Schedule
+ 40 hours per week; Monday- Friday
+ Required to work onsite a minimum of 4 days per week
Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
