The Platform Coordinator will be a key member of the LENX team + will be responsible for supporting our leadership and driving organization / coordination across the broader platform. Your Responsibilities on the Team
Proactively manage + maintain calendars for LENX’s leadership team + own LENX’s broader platform calendar, which is a single source of truth for all team engagements + reporting.
Create and own a standardized planning process for LENX, including design and implementation of weekly / monthly update process and system to prioritize various engagements.
Participate in meetings, take detailed notes, track workstreams + drive accountability / outcomes across platform.
Plan, organize and own all on and offsite meetings and events across the LENX platform.
Handle all travel + expense reporting for LENX’s leadership team.
Research people and events, providing standardized context and information to LENX’s leadership team ahead of interactions.
Oversee general office management for LENX, including all technology / IT items, printing, supplies etc.
Triage all incoming requests, calls emails, etc., and create standardized reporting + prioritization system for LENX leadership team.
Be central point of contact between LENX and corporate service teams, learning associated inhouse systems and becoming a category expert on them.
Manage vendor / service provider onboarding, relationship management, time / usage tracking and billing. Support / help streamline our accounts payable + invoice management process.
Maintain digital information systems, including contact databases / workflow management, and create standardized reporting out of these systems.
Help structure and manage detailed document + record tracking for LENX’s investment + finance activities.
Support our Corporate Real Estate effort with project tracking, calendar / timeline reporting, vendor management + other ad hoc activities.
Your Toolbox
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
1+ years of relevant experience in administrative or program management roles or recent college graduate. Experience within Lennar or at a professional investment / financial firm is a plus.
Outstanding attitude and work ethic.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Experience in workflow management tools (ex: Monday.com), CRMs (ex: Affinity) and Accounts Payable software is a plus.
Extremely organized with a keen attention to detail.
Strategic mindset with a willingness to think proactively and anticipate needs / identify areas to support the team.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deal-oriented environment and collaborate across various teams – multi-tasking and working under pressure, while still meeting deadlines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated and results oriented.
Roll up sleeves attitude with an eagerness to learn and desire to grow.
Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
