Our AAFS Aftermarket Program Operations team plays a vital role in supporting all contracts for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), ensuring operational readiness and mission success through timely and reliable solutions.

THE WORK

As a DLA Program Operations Representative, you will:

Manage DLA Aftermarket Spares CD/DD/BOA contracts from placement to final closeout.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding order and delivery status, and participate in customer status calls and briefings.
Collaborate with supply chain and production teams to ensure delivery schedule adherence.
Oversee inventory levels and ensure accurate forecasting for all contracted parts.
Work closely with internal teams—programs, order management, contracts, finance, and engineering—to ensure contractual and customer requirements are met.

You are a results-driven professional with a strong background in contract management, program operations, or supply chain processes. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and have a proven ability to:

Manage complex contracts from initiation to closure.
Communicate effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
Analyze inventory requirements and provide accurate forecasts.
Collaborate seamlessly across teams to meet critical deadlines.
Prior experience with DLA contracts and procedures is highly desirable.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent
experience/combined education, with 2+ years of professional experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter, motivated to learn and take on challenges
• Ability to manage concurrent tasks and shifting priorities
• Ability to establish positive relationships with various business units and customers
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Desired Skills:
• Experience with SAP
• Experience with Tableau & RMS Business Intelligence reporting
• 2+ years’ experience in Project Management, Operations, or similar field
• Previous Sikorsky experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
