Level 3 HVAC Technician

Summary: Seeking a Level 3 HVAC Technician to perform preventive and reactive maintenance, and support HVAC functions across various sites.

Job Requirements:

5-10 years of experience with RTUs, split-systems, and duct layouts 10 years of experience in commercial HVAC and refrigeration maintenance Senior-level troubleshooting skills for HVAC and refrigeration systems EPA universal certification

Preferred Skills:

Expert troubleshooting on HVAC and refrigeration systems (5 to 100 tons) Plumbing and vacuum pump system experience Experience with BAS troubleshooting Ability to operate machinery and tools for maintenance and repair Organized with accurate service and maintenance record-keeping Maintain a safe work environment by addressing safety issues

Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal facilities and contractors for support Assist in various departments and perform necessary repairs Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems Support HVAC functions across various Texas sites

Pay Details: $22.00 to $30.00 per hour
