We are currently on the look out for some passionate and dedicated expereinced nursery assistants to join this OFSTED rated Outstanding Pre-School in SG18. They pride themselves on encouraging exploration, investigation, and adventure for the children and are passionate about the children's welfare, wellbeing and development. This role requires working 42 weeks (39 weeks of term time plus 3 weeks of school holiday period), but paid for 48 weeks.

What we need from you:
• Level 3 Qualifiation, Open to level 2 qualified candidates but musr have experience in early years childcare
• Commitment
• Passion to deliver outstanding childcare
• Ability to work within a team
• Broad knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding

Your duties will include:
• Taking charge of a key group of children
• Deliver rich learning opportunities and exceptional care that helps young children to develop
• Plan and provide effective care, teaching and learning.
• Safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children
• Work in partnership with colleagues, parents and/or carers or other professionals to meet the individual needs of the children
• Make accurate and effective use of assessment reflecting the needs, interests and stages of development of the individual children.
