Our client has a brand new opportunity for a **Level 3 Network Engineer** to join their team onsite in Schenectady, NY. **Duties and Responsibilities:** + Support network infrastructure with Incident / change management requirements which includes physical site presence/support when required + Collaboration with corporate shared services and onsite local NOC teams (Network Operations Center) + Perform network P&A (Passive and Active) monitoring across critical manufacturing sites + Provide support for project of network infrastructure including design, build, and deployment / migration + Assist with network obsolescence / refresh cycles across facilities + Support site network optimization and restructuring activities such as network hardware removal, moves, adds + Support network segmentation projects that enable improved cyber security posture across critical infrastructure. + Provide support and implementation of critical Fire wall rules + Perform network hardware related security patching and firmware upgrades + Perform network cable (copper & Fiber) installation, testing, and removal + Perform server network connectivity as instructed by the appropriate server team + Support network voice infrastructure related activities such as connectivity, moves, adds and changes + Support network print related activities such as connectivity, moves, adds and changes + Support site access and surveillance systems related network connectivity issues + Support video conferencing related network optimization / issues / changes as required **$38.00 - $40.50 per hour** _We offer a comprehensive benefit package that you can elect into including but not limited to: Health Insurance (Medical, Vision, Dental), 401k, Basic Life / AD&D, Supplemental Insurances Plans, Paid Time Off Plan, Paid Holiday, Paid Sick Leave plan, FSA / HSA Pre-Tax Benefits, Employee Discounts._ W2 only, no Corp to Corp.
