Level 3 Level 3 Nursery Practitioner Job Description Rated Good by Ofsted, this nursery is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac and operates across a spacious three-storey building, providing children with plenty of opportunities to learn through play, both indoors and outdoors.

The nursery is open from 7:30 am – 6:30 pm, and the successful candidate will need to work varied shift patterns within these hours. The role offers 4-5 full working days per week, with salary dependent on the hours worked.

Key Responsibilities:
Creating engaging and age-appropriate learning environments that support children's development.
Delivering stimulating and purposeful experiences that encourage curiosity and creativity.
Ensuring the nursery meets the statutory requirements of the EYFS framework.
Maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene in daily routines.
Supporting the smooth running of the nursery and prioritizing the safety and wellbeing of children, staff, and families.
Building strong key-person relationships, ensuring children feel safe, secure, and supported.
Attending regular team meetings to stay informed about key updates, priorities, and policies.

Requirements:
Essential: Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare
Essential: Fluent in written and spoken English
Desirable: Over 1 year of experience in an Early Years setting
Desirable: Knowledge of the EYFS statutory framework and regulatory requirements
