Level II / Level III Maintenance Technician
**Hiring Level II and III Maintenance Technicians!** **Job Description** As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for working on fully automated Witron Material Handling Equipment, including conveyors, sorting machines, cranes, transfer machines, palletizers, and shrink wrappers. You will also use Microsoft Office to update PMs and work orders and document activity conducted on equipment. Full electrical system experience, along with mechanical maintenance and repair, PLC troubleshooting, and root cause analysis, is required. You will need to read schematics to identify equipment faults. **Responsibilities** + Perform maintenance and repair on automated equipment, including electrical and mechanical systems. + Conduct PLC troubleshooting and root cause analysis. + Read schematics to identify equipment faults. + Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems. + Operate and set up equipment. + Use Microsoft Office to update PMs and work orders. + Document activity conducted on equipment. + Order parts as necessary. + Engage in fabrication and welding as needed. **Essential Skills** + Electrical and mechanical maintenance and repair on automated equipment. + PLC troubleshooting. + Schematic reading. + Hydraulic and pneumatic systems maintenance. + Preventive maintenance. + HVAC maintenance and repair. + Fabrication and forklift operation. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with parts ordering. + Experience with manual mill and lathe. + Positive work attitude during training is non-negotiable. **Why Work Here?** We offer competitive pay and performance-based incentive awards, along with comprehensive benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet. You will work around industrial machinery and are required to wear steel toe boots, and a coat and gloves as part of the dress code. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, Texas. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $34.50 - $37.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
