Job Description
Insight Global's client is looking for a Level One Support specialist to help manage Oracle EBS tickets. You will be responsible for triaging tickets and assigning them to the appropriate support level and ensure all tickets have been received and responded to in a timely manner. It is important in this role to ensure that all procedures are documented correctly and that you are creating standard operating procedures for tickets coming in. You will also be responsible for basic audit reports.

Skills and Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Help Desk, Level One, etc. roles
- Experience managing tickets
- Previous experience working with a ticketing system, specifically Jira
- Good customer services abilities through Jira, Email, Microsoft Teams, and some calls
- Experience with documentation of standard procedures - Oracle EBS experience or previously worked at a company that utilizes Oracle EBS
- Experience with Oracle Fusion null
