This position will be located at our Creekside location in Billings, MT. Position General Responsibilities: This position will be primary for Levy and Subpoena processing and oversite of the quality control of the process to ensure compliance. Other Operations responsibilities both direct and back up responsibility will be for fraud support. Bank operating software experience is preferred. + High School diploma or equivalency. Dimension of Job: This position will be responsible for completing levy and subpoena requests in accordance with bank policy and procedures. The position will have telephone/email contact with customers and branches on a regular basis to satisfy levy and subpoena requests in an efficient manner. The position provides support to the Senior Operations Fraud Analyst on overflow or back up duties directly related to responding and managing fraud or potential fraud alerts.
