**Job Description** BAE Systems is seeking an exceptional Senior Aerospace Engineer to support the next generation Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) system, the Sentinel ICBM Program. You will play a crucial role in providing guidance and oversight throughout the lifecycle of the acquisition of the Sentinel Weapon System, from planning, to development, production, and delivery. **About the Role:** The Sentinel Aerospace Vehicle Equipment (AVE) team is responsible for evaluating the design of solid rocket motors, guidance, navigation, and control equipment, and the post-boost liquid propulsion systems of missile. In this role, you will work in the Post Boost Propulsion Branch, focusing on development and delivery of liquid rocket motor systems. The Sentinel Program is an enormous and complex Mega-Project modernizing the entire ICBM weapon system deployed across tens of thousands of square miles in five states. It is a long-term project with the weapon system anticipated to deploy over a nine-year period beginning in 2026 and remaining operational until at least 2075. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
