for the performance of the centerrsquos business and operations This includes the provision of high quality of care building and sustaining a culture of safety as evidenced by zero harm The administrator will assure that the center receives top decile patient experience scores The Administrator will accomplish the above through leading and collaborating with all staff the members of the Medical Executive Committee Governing Board and PartnersPosition ResponsibilitiesKey Areas of ResponsibilityEffectively drives and sustains a zero patient harm cultureMaintains center operations in compliance with regulatory requirements and accrediting body standards at all timesAssures the delivery of high quality care that addresses the quadruple aim improve Healthcare population Improving the patient experience Reducing costs Improving care team well beingProactively collaborates with physicians to meet patient needs and exceed patient expectationsOwns and is accountable for organic top line growth via increased volume strategic service line growth new physician recruitment and increasing volume from existing physiciansInitiates develops and maintains strong physician relationships to support top line growth governance boardpartnership interests and trustconfidence in SCA as a preferred partner and management companyLeads mentors and develops a team of clinical and business professionals focused on clinical quality outcomes volume growth drivers labor efficiencies supply chain management and revenue cycle optimization consistent with centerrsquos mission vision and valuesEmotional maturity and ability to create change in an environment where the structure may evolve rapidlyServes as on site personnel director and ensures fair and prompt resolution of teammate complaints grievances and operating problemsWorks as a member of the front desk staff as neededPerform other related duties as requiredResponsible for the centerrsquos PL including managing financial controls and reportingImplements and maintains annual strategic business plans that best serves the partnership and the local market dynamicsEnsures efficient business office operations Provide support including but not limited to Medical Records Credentialing AdmissionsIntake Accounts Payable Billing Collections Insurance Verification Transaction Posting Clinical Logs and other duties as neededSafeguards the Centers assets and ensures that Centers building andor tenant improvements and equipment are maintained in good working order and in compliance with local state and federal regulationsFacility management life safety codes and environment of care requirements and is proactive in managing the facility operationsWorking RelationshipsThis Job Reports To Job Title
