Job Responsibilities
License management for Specialized Information (technical information products), including license negotiations, license administration and license optimization Procurement of Specialized Information products incl. research, comparison of offers, ordering, invoicing Library-specific activities incl. subscription management for printed and digital media Technical support for Specialized Information products Participation in projects to optimize license management
Job Requirements
Librarian, business IT specialist, qualified professional in a commercial occupation or comparable qualification or many years of corresponding professional experience Knowledge / experience in license management and copyright law Database knowledge, IT knowledge Business management knowledge / experience (procurement, data analysis) Knowledge / experience in library management Good knowledge of German or English – daily use Strong customer/service orientation Cost awareness Ability to work independently and in a structured manner Ability to work in a team; resilience; flexibility
