Please note: This position is on-call and expected to work any shifts including evenings and weekends not covered by staff or students. Job Summary The Science & Engineering Library Manager serves as the primary employee responsible for all public service operations, collection access and facilities issues. These duties include handling patron inquiries, supervising all student & staff employees, project management, education & outreach, administrative support, and professional engagement & service.
IEBC (Internal Employee Being Considered). Skills / Knowledge / Abilities Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel and Word; Alma or other ILS; Springshare and other related library applications. Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? Yes Preferred Education/Experience Experience in an academic library setting or library coursework. Library management experience preferred.
