Library Systems & Services (LS&S) is a professional library network currently seeking an Inventory Specialist to join the team. As the Inventory Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing the inventory of library materials within the African & Middle Eastern Division (AMED) of the Library of Congress. The LS&S team encourages idea sharing, problem-solving, and innovation. Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory of library materials Ensure all library materials are properly shelved, sorted, and organized Assist with shelf-reading and troubleshooting inventory discrepancies Track and report on inventory status and trends Maintain a clean and organized work environment
