The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) shall be responsible and accountable for making decisions that are based upon the individual’s educational preparation and experience in nursing. **The value you’ll bring to the team:** · Performs nursing care for assigned patients within the limitations of licensure and nursing department policy and licensure · Implements nursing actions to achieve patient care goals. · Participate in the evaluation of quality of patient care and outcomes based on care and treatments Administered. · Assists the patient care team with formulating the plan of care and updates according to policy. · Participates as a member of the Patient Care Delivery Model Team that includes: Virtual Care RN, bedside RN, and C.N.A.
