The opportunity: 

The Chapter Lead License to Operate is responsible/accountable for:

 Lead the co-creation of the chapter vision, mission and operating model aligned to the company’s strategy and goals. 

 Develop functional expertise and ensure chapter members are properly equipped to perform their job the best they can specifically in the areas of 

Regulatory 

Medical Information 

Medical Compliance 

Quality Assurance 

Coach chapter members, support the development of their technical and soft skills development and drive performance excellence 

Create a dynamic and fluid environment through upskilling in different tasks within the chapter 

Creates and safeguards the new culture in the chapter, e.g. ambassador for agility and cultural change, role model in terms of mindset and new ways of working 

Collaborates with the other chapter leads where needed to deliver our goals and enables knowledge sharing across the affiliate 

Take personal responsibility for maintaining high ethical standards and operating in compliance with local and global Roche policies, the Roche Group Code of Conduct, Quality Management System and the IPHA Code of Practice.  

 

Who you are:

General experience:

University Degree in Health Sciences

3 years minimum experience in line management

High level functional expertise and solid expertise in at least one of the areas 

High level of English required

People leadership and development expertise 

Strong Interpersonal intelligence 

Self-Driven and Independent 

Demonstrated ability and strength in agile working principles and methodologies 

Entrepreneurial attitude is essential, e.g. challenges the status quo and takes calculated risks to improve our ways of working

Passion, integrity and courage
