Architectural Expertise: Proficient in architectural design, drafting, and construction document preparation.Software Proficiency: Skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp for design and drafting tasks.Project Management: Experienced in managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.Registered Architect: Holds a valid architectural license, demonstrating professional credibility and expertise.Educational Facility Design: Specialized in K-12 and higher education design, with a strong background in public-use facilities.Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture5+ years of experience designing public-use facilitiesStrong design backgroundProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other graphics programsEye for detailAbility to see the overall scope of a projectGood interpersonal and communication skillsWork Environment: The firm has experienced continuous growth and is recognized for its design work in the education, healthcare, municipal, and commercial sectors, providing clients with exceptional quality service. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $120000.00
Candidates would receive the standard firm PTO (17 days) and 10 holidays and would receive the firm's standard medical benefits
