Job Title: Architectural Project Manager Job Description The ideal candidate will be accustomed to working in a team-oriented environment. Basic job responsibilities include coordinating all technical aspects of the project, attending project meetings involving design and construction, preparing design and contract documents, assisting the construction administration team during the construction phase, and coordinating technical issues with project consultants. Responsibilities + Coordinate all technical aspects of the project + Attend project meetings involving design and construction + Prepare design and contract documents + Assist the construction administration team during the construction phase + Coordinate technical issues with project consultants Essential Skills + Bachelor's degree in Architecture + 5+ years of experience designing public-use facilities + Strong design background + Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other graphics programs + Eye for detail and ability to see the overall scope of a project + Good interpersonal and communication skills + Registered Architect license Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in production, drafting, and architectural design + Experience in K-12, higher education, public work, and schematic design + Experience in design development and construction drawings Work Environment The firm has experienced continuous growth over its history and is recognized for its design work in the education, health care, municipal, and commercial sectors. The firm operates with horizontal leadership, where approximately five principals oversee the team. They work on public schools and are architects of record for many K-12 districts in NJ. The work environment is family-oriented, and everyone from drafters to project managers is involved in production, drafting, designing, and technical detailing of buildings. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $120000.00 Candidates would receive the standard firm PTO (17 days) and 10 holidays and would receive the firm's standard medical benefits Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in New York,NY.
