***Role is Hybrid, candidates must be willing to provide in office serices 1 to 2 days per week.

Candidate Requirements:

You are compassionate and engaging while providing superior customer service.Education: Master’s degree from an accredited university or college in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.Must reside within the State of Florida.Licensed: Have an active and valid LCSW, LMHC or LMFT in the State of Florida.Must maintain a full-time schedule during the hours of 12pm to 8pm completing a minimum of 14 assessments per week. Responsible for determining client’s psychiatric diagnosis based on diagnostic criteria from DSM-5-TR and ICD-10. Performs initial assessments in accordance with Medicaid regulations and updates as applicable. Works effectively with culturally diverse groups and individuals experiencing an exacerbation of either psychiatric, substance use and/or medical symptoms, as well as experiencing a stressful situation.

*Minimum wage listed is based on 14 mental health only assessments per week. The average time to complete MH assessment is 2 hours 15 minutes. Earnings and bonus potential increases with bilingual, substance use assessments and productivity.
