Responsibilities

Responsibilities for Licensed Case Manager:

Perform and document court ordered substance use and mental health evaluations, recommend level of care based on evaluation results, provide and coordinate referrals to community resources. Coordinate with healthcare and security staff regarding patients’ mental health care, substance use, and release datesParticipate in educational and training activities related to mental health care for patients, security personnel, and healthcare staffDemonstrate knowledge of ASAM and DSM-V TR criteria Qualifications

Qualifications for Licensed Case Manager:

Unrestricted independent licensure as a Mental Health Professional (LISW / LISW-S / LPCC / LPCC-S / LMFT) in FLProgressive administrative/management training as a case manager preferredValid CPR card
