Licensed Clinical Social Worker

A Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LICSW) role in Lynn, MA is now available through Adecco Healthcare and Life Science. In this position, you will lead the development and implementation of the Community Support Program for Homeless Individuals (CSP-HI) in alignment with MassHealth guidelines. This position will be responsible for finalizing the program’s operational framework, policies, and procedures, while providing clinical supervision to program staff. This is a temp-hire role starting in February 2025. The work hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm. The pay range for this position is $40.86-$43.27/hr. – depending on your level of experience.
The ideal candidate must have extensive experience with MassHealth programs, administrative experience in human services or behavioral health settings, and a proven track record of providing direct clinical support and clinical supervision, particularly for individuals experiencing homelessness or housing instability.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Development:
o Assist with finalizing the operational structure of the CSP-HI program, ensuring compliance.
o Collaborate on the creation of policies and procedures for intake, service planning, needs assessment, case management, and crisis intervention.
o Develop and implement training and supervision protocols for CSP-HI staff.
Clinical Supervision:
o Provide clinical supervision to staff and Satellite CSP partners, ensuring staff adhere to best practices in behavioral health support and comply with requirements.
Oversee case management practices to ensure clients receive appropriate housing stability and health-related social services.
Administrative Oversight:
o Utilize previous experience in an administrative setting to assist in program operations, including policy development, compliance monitoring, and training coordination.
o Ensure the operational framework supports the implementation and service delivery of CSP-HI services across Massachusetts.
Compliance and Reporting:
o Ensure the program meets MassHealth reporting requirements and maintains compliance with state regulations.
o Provide the necessary clinical support to assist with MassHealth billing processes in collaboration with the administrative team.
Qualifications:
o Master’s degree in social work from an accredited institution.
o Active Massachusetts LCSW or LICSW license in good standing.
o Minimum of 3 years of experience working with MassHealth-funded programs
o Minimum of 5 years providing direct clinical services and 3 years providing clinical supervision to staff.
o Experience in homelessness prevention programs or working with vulnerable populations experiencing housing instability.
o Familiarity with MassHealth regulations for Community Support Program (CSP) and Health-Related Social Needs (HRSN) programs.
Preferred:
o Experience with developing and implementing policies for social services programs.
o Knowledge of housing-first model, tenancy support services, and trauma- informed care.
o Experience in an administrative role within a human services or behavioral health program.
