Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Clinical Supervisor (LCSW-C)Job Description We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Clinical Supervisor (LCSW-C) to join our rapidly growing women's health clinic, which has recently expanded its services to include a mental health branch. This is a fully remote position, and the candidate must be licensed in Maryland. The ideal candidate will be well-rounded, clinically minded, and have experience in women's health. However, we welcome qualified candidates from all areas of social work. Responsibilities + Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy to patients. + Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. + Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and progress. + Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the mental health program. Essential Skills + Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Clinical Supervisor (LCSW-C) in the state of Maryland. + Strong clinical skills and the ability to provide supervision and support to other social workers. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in women's health is preferred. + Technologically skilled. + Bilingual capabilities are a plus. + Experience with EMR software for record keeping (Soap Note and Dap Note). Work Environment This position is fully remote. The office is a gynecology clinic with a personal office available for the LCSW-C on-site. The work environment is supportive and collaborative, with a friendly team atmosphere. The position offers a flexible work schedule and opportunities for professional development and growth.
