Job Requirements:
The LCSW will have the following requirements:
Master’s Degree in Social WorkGraduate from a School of Social Work fully accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE)Must have a minimum of one year experience as an independently licensed clinical social workerMust have one year experience in the last three years in the evaluation and treatment of patients who have pain, psychological factors affecting their physical condition, or difficulty managing acute or chronic medical problems.Any state licenseBLSHave a solid understanding of, and experience using, population health approaches to healthcare and proficiency in using motivational interviewing.Company Overview:
