Key Responsibilities :
+ Provide individual and family counseling to support mental health and emotional well-being.
+ Develop personalized treatment, discharge, and aftercare plans.
+ Collaborate with referring agencies, community resources, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date treatment records.
+ Use your expertise to assess and address the unique needs of consumers across all age groups, providing appropriate, age-related care.

+ A licensed professional (LSW, LAC, LPC, or LCSW) with a strong understanding of therapeutic practices.
+ Someone with the skills to assess consumer needs and deliver tailored care through counseling and psychotherapy.

Job Qualifications
Education, Training, and Experience :
+ Master's degree (MSW, counseling, psychology, or a related human services field) from an accredited institution.
+ At least one year of relevant experience required.
+ Must hold a valid license (LSW, LAC, LPC, or LCSW).
Skills and Requirements :
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Must possess a valid driver’s license. If duties involve driving, the ability to operate an agency vehicle is required.
Work Environment and Hazards :
+ May be involved in safe crisis management..
Work Contacts :
+ Frequent interaction with internal staff, management, and community partners.
Special Physical Demands :
+ Ability to travel between programs as needed.
+ Cognitive, verbal, and manual skills required.
+ Visual and hearing acuity needed (corrective devices acceptable).
+ Must manage deadlines and schedules effectively, while being flexible with special requests and projects.
+ Ability to professionally handle stressful situations.
