**Job Title: Licensed Electrician** **Job Description** Seeking 2 licensed electricians for a solar project in Durham, CT. **Hard Skills** • Installation: Install solar panels and inverters • Wiring: Connect solar panels to the power supply, and repair or replace wiring and equipment • Testing: Test PV electrical systems and circuit continuity • Planning: Plan the layout and installation of solar panels based on local codes and job specifications • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot issues that arise in the field • Material ordering: Take off materials and order them **Soft Skills** + High attention to detail + Ability to work outside in all weather conditions + Ability to work overtime, when necessary **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Durham, Connecticut. **Work Environment** 40 hour work week (Monday through Friday). Working in all weather elements. PPE and work clothing worn on site. $110 per diem for days worked.
