Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Licensed Journeyman Electricians for projects located in and around Hiawatha, IA.  This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of $35-45/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are a Licensed Electrician and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

 

Job Scope:

Install and Repair Electrical Wiring Systems and Fixtures for Solar ProjectsUtilize Hand and Hydraulic Benders to Bend ConduitInstall Conduit and Pipes for Wires and CablesEnsure Compliance with Code, all Installations, Comply with Local Codes and RegulationsWork with Installation Teams to Complete Projects on TimePerform Proper Repairs and CorrectionsTest Electrical Components to Ensure Proper Installation Use Ladders and Scaffolding when Necessary

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 Years of Electrical Experience, PV Experience is PreferredActive Iowa State Journeyman License; Can accept JM License from Reciprocating StateAble to Interpret and Follow Blueprints and Electrical SchematicsStrong Knowledge of Electrical Codes and Safety PracticesExcellent Problem Solving Skills and Attention to DetailValid Driver's License and Reliable Means of TransportationAble to Regularly Stand, Bend, Kneel, and Lift up to 50 Pounds without Assistance
