Tradesmen International is currently hiring experienced Journeyman Electricians for projects located in and around Notress, TX.  This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of up to $35.50/hour based on experience plus $110/Per Diem to Travelers 60+ miles from the job site.  If you are an Electrician and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

 

Job Scope:

Install and Maintain Basic Wiring Systems and Motor ControlsInspect and Replace PanelsCheck and Replace Fuses or Circuit BreakersMeasure, Cut, Bend, Thread, Assemble, and Install Electrical Conduit using such Tools as a Hacksaw, Pipe Threader, Rules, and Conduit BendersInstall Control and Distribution Apparatus such as Switches, Relays, and Circuit Breaker Panels, and Fasten in Place with Crews or Bolts using Hand or Power ToolsTest Continuity of Circuit to Ensure Electrical Compatibility and Safety of Components using Testing Instruments such as Ohmmeter, Battery, and Buzzer and OscilloscopeObserve Functioning of Installed Equipment or System to Determine Hazards and Need for Adjustments Relocation or ReplacementDisassemble and Repairs Defective Electrical Equipment or Systems

Requirements:

Minimum of 4 Years of Industrial Construction and/or Maintenance ExperienceTDLR Journeyman LicenseAble to Fabricate and Install Rigid and Aluminum EMT, Plasti-Bond, and PVC ConduitAble to Use Mechanical Benders using Hydraulic BendersAble to Pass Drug ScreenReliable Means of TransportationAble to Read Blueprints, Electrical Drawings, Panel Schedules, and SchematicsNCCER is a Plus Company Details
