Qualified Candidate Requirements:
Minimum of 500 hours of massage therapy school and a certificate of completionSatisfies all licensing requirements to perform services in Massachusetts Proven experience in performing various massage therapy techniquesExcellent communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with clientsStrong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and pain management principlesAbility to adapt massage techniques based on individual client needs and preferencesHave a passion for helping others feel their bestAre excited to bring their unique style to the treatment roomAre eager for growth and desire to build on their modality mastery
Day-to-Day:
Offer exceptional customer service by creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for each clientCommunicate clearly with clients to identify their needs and wellness goals while establishing clear expectations for the most appropriate treatment planPerform high-quality, therapeutic bodywork that meets clients' needs and conditionsUtilize pain management techniques to alleviate discomfort and promote relaxationRecommend follow-up visits and additional services to help clients pursue and achieve their wellness goals
