Devise and monitor appropriate programs of treatment, including therapy, counseling, or advice in collaboration with colleagues. We are open to explore your practice scope preference (children and adolescents, adult, group, etc.) **Responsibilities Include:** + Provide outpatient therapeutic services, including diagnostic assessment and therapeutic intervention. Additional roles may include therapy addressing relationship or family concerns, and/or group therapy. + Complete documentation timely and in accordance with clinical and accreditation standards. + Consult with outpatient providers, within and outside the department of Psychiatry and + Complete all other assigned projects and duties. **Work Schedule:** No nights, no weekends - apply and we can discuss the schedule you are interested in. Licensure as an **independent** (post-2-year supervision period) social worker, Mental Health Counselor or Marriage & Family therapist in the State of Iowa required (LMHC, LISW, LMFT). Iowa license required. **_Experience:_** Three to five years of similar or related experience. **_Interpersonal Skills:_** The ability to motivate or influence others is a material part of the job, requiring a significant level of diplomacy and trust.
