Description The Brokerage Operations Associate is responsible for servicing Advisors and clients through the processing and support The Associate is responsible for capturing data, inputting transactions, evaluating information, identifying inconsistencies / inaccuracies, formulating resolutions, processing in-good-order business, maintaining daily statistics, and communicating with advisors and office staff. The Associate performs these duties within the standards set by the department. + Servicing advisors in the field + Data entry with Excel + Document processing + Identifying inconsistencies/inaccuracies Licenses: Series 7 and 63 or 66 Skills & Qualifications Some amount of higher level education Needs experience with Excel Organized, task focused, high management skills Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $63000.00 5% performance based bonus, 15% stock options flat fee, a lot of room for career growth opportunity, supporting military families Workplace Type This is a hybrid position in Fort Worth,TX.
