POSITION PURPOSE:

Our Outpatient Therapists for this position provides care to those served as part of our team that works with individuals with mental health and substance use diagnoses.We provide level of care assessment, individual and group psychotherapy to adults and work to incorporate the strengths of their supports in their environments to maintain their recovery efforts in the community.While all therapists are expected to manage their caseloads and function independently, they’ll also collaborate with others in a team-based approach to care.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Provide psychotherapy, psychoeducation, and clinical interventions for clientsComplete biopsychosocial assessments to determine client’s strengths, needs, and diagnosisComplete documentation within the electronic health record in congruence with organizational policies and regulatory requirementsEngage with the clients natural supports to strategize methods of supporting client goal progress and wellbeingCollaborate with members of the treatment team, community members, and third-party providersAttend and participate in clinical, administrative, and community partner meetingsOther duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALILFICATIONS: (must match requirements in job description)

Master’s Degree in Human/Social Services with one (1) year clinical experience, preferably diagnosing and treating behavioral and psychiatric conditions.Licensure required (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist)Act 33/34/73 ClearancesPre-Employment Drug ScreenChild Protective Services Law training certificate

Work Schedule: This is an Exempt (salary) position.  Monday through Friday daylight with at least one evening to meet the needs of persons served.
