**Job Title: Licensed Plumber** **Job Description** Aerotek is seeking a licensed commercial plumber to join a growing company. The ideal candidate will have a hustler mentality and work well in team settings. **Hard Skills** + Read and comprehend plans and specifications + Read and comprehend plumbing fixture and fitting submittal drawings and installation instructions + Know the requirements of the 2015 International Plumbing Code and associated State of CT amendments + Communicate orally, in writing, and/or by hand or electronic sketches on topics germane to the work + Good working knowledge of pipe joining methods: solder, brazing, silver soldering, pro-press, pex fittings, threading, and grooving + Basic knowledge of various plumbing systems: DWV, domestic water, various gas systems, compressed air + Use technology software and equipment provided by the company for reporting time, purchases, and all other related activities **Soft Skills** + Work independently or with a team **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 9 Month(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position that requires travelling to different jobsites as directed by company. **Work Environment** Will be traveling to different job sites throughout the state of Connecticut.
