Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Administer nursing care to patients requiring care in an ambulatory setting based on nursing practice standards.Assist with medical examinations, patient teaching, and home care.Administer immunizations, oral, and injectable medications.Measure and record patients' vital signs, such as height, weight, temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration.Document and report patient information clearly and concisely via electronic medical record.Evaluate each patient's response to treatments and procedures.Supervise certified nursing assistants.The salary range for this position is $25.00-$30.00 per hour. Education: High school diploma with at least one year of experience as an LPN.
Licensure: Practical Nursing license and CPR certification
