 United Health Services is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Walton Family Practice 09 department at Walton Medical Office in Walton, NY. This position is benefits eligible.

Salary range:

$21.15 - 29.62 USD per hour, depending on experience.
 Licensed Practical Nurse / Overview
 A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides skilled nursing care tasks and procedures under the direction of an RN, nurse practitioner, clinical nurse specialist, physician, or other authorized health care provider.

Minimum Required:Graduated an accredited school of Practical NursingPreferred:N/A

License/Certification

Minimum Required:Current New York State Practical Nurse License or PermitPreferred:Basic Skills Certifications (CPR)

 

Work Environment

Work is performed in an office environment and patient care areas which require working in proximity to other employees and patients. Rooms are air conditioned and heated.Frequent walking, standing, bending, pushing, and lifting.Fast paced environment with frequent interruptions.Exposure to equipment cleaning solutions and disinfectants.PPE (Eyewear, Masks, Face shields, Shoe covers, and Gloves) as required by UHS Hospitals Infection Control policies.
