Licensed Practical Nurse Opportunity in Windham, CT

Description: Join a caring and dedicated healthcare team caring for our communities loved ones in a Nursing Home setting. You'll have a chance to provide compassionate care in short term rehabilitation, skilled nursing and end of life care setting. Daily job duties may include:

• Administering medication, updating patient records, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care

• Serve as a communication link between patients, families, and healthcare providers

• Keep precise records and documentation

• Oversee and replenish supplies

• Gather and prepare patient history information

Qualifications:

Active LPN license - State of CT

Strong communication skills

Attention to detai

Ability to work effectively within a team

Schedule:

Various shifts, including 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., or 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. Weekend availability is needed for some shifts.
