Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Quality SDS/PSV Operations Department. The ideal candidate will review medical records for data collection, entry, and quality monitoring to close gaps in care. The role involves medical record review and abstraction for HEDIS and HEDIS-like measures, responding to Clinical Quality inquiries, and maintaining HIPAA standards.

You will work with the Quality SDS/PSV Operations staff to assist with data collection of DSNP data. The role follows a Monday to Friday schedule, 8 AM to 5 PM CST. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00
