Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to serve as a communication link between patients, families, and healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will maintain precise records, oversee supplies, execute quality assurance tasks, and support the onboarding and training of new staff members. Additionally, you will gather and prepare patient history information, manage laboratory data, offer follow-up instructions, handle advanced telephone triage, and engage in research projects.

This position offers a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. You will work four days in Carmel and one day in Fishkill Pulmonology.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
