The LPN assists with patient care throughout clinical areas, and is responsible for the safe transport of patients via any mode to and from treatment areas. Ensure appropriate documentation of services rendered by Provider and LPN in a manner acceptable in healthcare facilities. Performs general receptionist and clerical
duties as necessary to assist physician with treatment of patients, ensuring smooth office coordination and functioning, while providing knowledge with medical treatment and patient care and information.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Performs plan of care interventions, including specimen collection and wound care. May administer medication. Documents patient care given.
Assists with development of plan of care.
Monitors, documents, and communicates patient's status and reactions to interventions with RN, physician,patient, and families.
Works as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.
Ensures clinical areas are kept in regulatory compliance
