Fayetteville Primary Care a busy, fast paced office that offers the ability to learn, grow and try new things- there is always something to learn in primary care! A desire to work in a primary care setting, committed to patients and families is a plus. We offer eight-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings until 7:30pm and occasional Saturday mornings, 8am-12pm. The office is closed on eight major holidays, or observed holidays

Training includes an orientation period allowing you to become familiar with practice workflows. We incorporate a nursing model with a team approach to meet the needs of the patient population.

Therapeutic nursing interventions, inclusive of medical history and present illnessCare for patients from newborn to geriatric age groupMedication and vaccine administration upon completion of on-site training.Assist with procedures and perform point of care testingDocumentation using the EPIC electronic health record system.Collaborative team approach: with interdisciplinary team of registered nurses, medical assistants, and providersResponsibilities:
Ensures quality nursing care is rendered to all patients in accordance with the New York Nurse Practice Act, National Standards of Practice, and Nursing and Clinical Service standards of care and practice.Utilizing the Nursing Process is involved in the provision of direct care of patients and families. Graduation from an accredited school for Licensed Practical Nursing and current licensure, or eligibility for licensure, in the State of New York.Maintains current BLS/CPR.Participates in orientation and continuing education and updates and maintains knowledge and skills related to specific areas of expertise.

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
